RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A lot of Heart goes into everything that we make for you. Ask us, enquire of us – as regards the purchases you are planning. It is a prime objective with us, that you get what you wish for, from us.

In the less-than-likely event of your ordered products not fully satisfying you, please feel free to ask for a refund. Within 30 days of your having made the purchase, you are within your rights to get a full refund (our 30 – days money back policy, in case customers are not satisfied with ordered products).

Just shoot off a mail to us , to info@jewelick.com. There are only a couple of factors you may want to be sure about:

  • Original packaging and related documents have to be complete and undamaged
  • The jewelry has to have been unworn, and in perfect condition.

Returns shipping expenses are to be borne by the customer.
